Tim McCavit

Tim I. McCavit, 60, of Granger passed away Sunday near Niles , MI.

Tim was born March 1, 1952 in Elkhart to Marvin D. and Julia E. (Varner) McCavit. On May 30, 1985 he married Linda S. Holdeman who survives along with two brothers Kim (Marcia) McCavit of St. Joseph, MI and Keith (Ruth) McCavit of Wasilla, Alaska. Tim was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Pat Martin and Marcia Sailor.

Tim worked as an Evaporation Engineer for the Shaw Group.

Visitation only will be 4 to 8 PM Wednesday July 25 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart.

Memorials for Tim may be made to United Cancer Services of Elkhart County.
