Beverly J. Koets

Beverly J. Koets, 77, of Goshen, IN passed away on Wednesday April 17, 2024 at Goshen Hospital. Bev was born on November 27, 1946 to William and Jennie Corstange in Kalamazoo, MI. She married Thomas K, Koets on December 13,1968 in Kalamazoo, MI, he preceded her in death on July 28, 2008.

Bev graduated from Parchment High School in Parchment, MI. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother. She enjoyed playing bunco, BINGO and skip-o with her friends and family.

Bev is survived by her sons, Nathan (Julie) Koets of Charlestown, IN., Christopher Koets of Goshen, IN., Michael (Tanya) Koets of Bristol, IN. and Chad Koets of Elkhart, IN; grandchildren Jacob, Caleb and Lela; her brother Paul (Marilyn) Corstange of Kalamazoo, MI. Bev was preceded in death by her husband, and her parents.

Visitation will be from 1:30 – 3:30pm on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514 where funeral services will be held at 4pm. Pastor Rick Pinckney will officiate. Burial will be at 11 am on Monday, April 29, 2024 at Mt. Ever Rest Memorial Park South, 3941 South Westnedge Ave. Kalamazoo, MI 49008 where Pastor Paul Fazio will officiate.
