Mark Dean Smeltzer 70, of Bristol, IN passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Wednesday March 13, 2024. Mark was born on July 26, 1953 in Elkhart, IN to Paul W. and Joan M. Smeltzer. He married Cheryl DePree on September 12, 1992 in Bristol, IN.

Mark retired from the RV industry. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking. He loved to spend time with his friends and family. Mark will be greatly missed.

Mark is survived by his wife of 36 years, Cheryl Smeltzer; their children Eric (Katie) Frankenberger and Nikie (Charles) Cantrell; his sisters Carroll (Rich) Habegger and Gail (Ed) Kaiser. Mark was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Joan Smeltzer and his grandson Chandler Cantrell.
