Lee Grove

Lee Grove, 83, of Bristol, passed away Saturday May 25, 2019 at his home.

He was born Dec. 1, 1935 in Wakarusa, IN to James Robert and Wilma (Cripe) Grove. On Aug. 6, 1956 in Las Cruces, NM he married Julia M. Holbrook who preceded him in death on Sept. 16, 2012.

Lee was a member of Elijah’s Fire International Church and he was a retired press operator. He honorably served his country in the United States Army.

He is survived by his children: Cindy (Gary) Yoder of Bristol, Kenneth (Ida) Grove and Dwayne (Robbie) Grove both of Middlebury; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, a brother Jim Grove of Bristol, a sister Cheryl (Dennis) Proctor of Elkhart and a brother-in-law LaVerne White.

He was preceded in death by a daughter Sierra Grove, a grandson Matthew Yoder, a sister Elener White and a brother Keith Grove.

Graveside services will be held at 10 am on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Oakridge Cemetery in Bristol, IN. with full military honors from the U.S. Army and DAV #19.
