As he was driving down Main Street, he saw Millie with a girlfriend and two other fellas walking into the movie theater. Bob parked the car and purchased a ticket to the movie. He sat down right behind Millie. After the movie, Bob took Millie for ice cream and they were married on February 22nd, 1946.
