Sandy L. Trotter

Sandy L. Trotter, 70, of Elkhart, passed away on July 23, 2018 at Elkhart General Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born on August 24, 1947 in Elkhart, IN to Walter R. and Ruth M. (Grush) Trotter. He married Rebecca A. Horne on August 26, 1968 in Elkhart.

He is survived by his wife, Becky, of Elkhart; a daughter, Jennifer (Russel) Milanese; a son, Jeffrey (Charlene) Trotter; Grandchildren: Hannah Trotter, Alex Yoder, Lauren Yoder, Emily Milanese and Noah Yoder, all of Elkhart, IN. Also surviving is a brother, Paul R. (Pam) Trotter of Arizona.

Sandy was preceded in death by his parents.

He served in the Army National Guard from 1966-1972. He formerly attended St. Vincent’s Catholic Church in Elkhart. He was an Auto Cad Designer for FM Construction.

Friends may visit with the family from 3-7 PM on Sunday July 29, 2018 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home. In accordance with his wishes, cremation will follow.
