Barbara Meyer

Barbara Louine Meyer, 90, of Elkhart formerly of Whie Pigeon, MI., went to Heaven to be with Jesus on Monday September 8, 2025 at Harmony at Elkhart. She was born December 11, 1934 in Portland, MI to Harry and Louine Cooley. On February 14, 1958 she married Nevin W. Meyer in Grand Rapids, MI., he preceded her in death on October 10, 2018.

Barb formerly attended Tri Lakes Community Church in Bristol, IN. She loved Jesus and she loved praying for her family. She loved her children, and they were so good to her. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved to be with her family. Barb enjoyed swimming, reading and visiting the sick and elderly. Barb was a stay at home mom, and she loved it.

Surviving are her children, Rob (Janet) Meyer of Bristol, IN, Trisha Sellers of Loveland, CO, Terrilynn (Matt) Bunner of White Pigeon, MI, and Randall Meyer of Warsaw, IN, 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Nevin and siblings Betty Bridgeman, Bob Cooley and Jerry Cooley.

In keeping with Barb's wishes there will be a celebration of life service at a later date.
