Benjamin "Ben" Ward

Benjamin "Ben" Ray Ward 48, of Elkhart, passed away Monday April 21, 2025 at Elkhart General Hospital. Ben was born on May 20, 1976 in Elkhart, IN to Jerry and Mary Lynn Ward.

Ben worked as an engineer at Bennington Marine in Elkhart, IN. He enjoyed being outdoors from hunting, fishing to the shooting range or simply watching a good movie. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family and friends.

Surviving are his parents, Jerry and Mary Lynn Ward of Elkhart, IN sister Judi (Joseph) Sparks of Elkhart, IN nephew Brennan Sparks niece Kalea Sparks and his best friend Sadie Meehan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncle cousins and friends.
