Beverly Rose Nusbaum

Beverly Rose Nusbaum, 90 of Bristol, IN passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025 at Majestic Care of Goshen. Bev was born on June 13, 1935 to John and Amanda Reynolds in Irvington, NJ. She married Glen J. Nusbaum on June 6, 1973 in Bristol, IN, he preceded her in death on August 23, 1988.

Bev graduated from Thomas Carr Howe High School in Indianapolis, IN., class of 1953. In the 1950’s during WWII, she volunteered to help provided services by working at the United Service Organization, where help to host dance, card games and serve refreshments to services men. She worked at CTS for several years and at H&R Block. Most importantly she was a loving mother to her sons. She always enjoyed a good cup of coffee and a good conversation with friends; she never met a stranger. She spent several years setting up her booth at the flea market. She loved to watch old movies.

Bev is survived by her sons Randy (Dietra) Nielsen of Middlebury, IN and Steven (Linda) Nielsen of Middlebury, IN., and her stepdaughters, Darlette Meyers of Middlebury, IN and Robin Anderson of Mishawaka, IN; 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and her brother Jack (Beverly) Reynolds of Indianapolis, IN. Bev was preceded in death by her parents, husband Glen, the father of her children Roger Warren Nielsen and her son-in-law Ron Anderson.

Graveside services will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Oakridge Cemetery in Bristol, IN, where Bev will be laid to rest next to her husband Glen.
