Brenda Lou Wright

Brenda Lou Wright, age 75 of Elkhart, IN., passed away with her family by her side on Friday, April 17, 2026 at Briarcliff Nursing Home in South Bend, IN. Brenda was born on May 14, 1949 to Calvin Jarvis and Wilma Boggs in Spencer, West Virginia.

Brenda worked for several years in a sweater factory. In customer service for Keystone RV and Certified Nursing Assistant, a job she truly enjoyed where she could help others. Brenda enjoyed watching t.v. and spending time with her family.

Brenda is survived by her children Shannon ( Shayna) Marks of Goshen, IN and Ruby (Brian) Balog of Elkhart, IN; grandchildren, Briana Marks, Krista Marks & Jerimie Shultz, Nathan Marks & Kayla Bowlby, Madison (Mark) Roberts, Caiden Marks, Jaxson Marks, Christopher Rucker, Hailey Rucker and Lakota Johnson; great-grandchildren Braxton, Joezy, Annabella, Wrenlee and Oaklee; siblings Barbara (Don) Dunster of Nokomis, Fl., and Carl (Janie) Boggs of Bushnell, FL. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents Calvin Jarvis and Wilma Boggs, siblings Linda May, Sharon Boggs and Junior Boggs.

In keeping with Brenda’s wishes there will be no services. She will be laid to rest near her family in West Virginia.
