Caleb Thomas Hurley

Caleb Thomas Hurley, 19, of Elkhart, passed away Wednesday Feb. 5, 2020 at his home.

He was born Sep. 17, 2000 in Elkhart to Thomas and Maria (Taylor) Hurley. Caleb graduated from Elkhart Central High School in 2019 and was an Ivy Tech student. He enjoyed spending time with his family, helping others, Notre Dame Football and playing video games. He was an active member of Northside Church of the Nazarene.

Surviving are his parents, Thomas and Maria Hurley, brothers Seth (Kelly Buck) Hurley of Elkhart, and Nathan (Heather Goossens) Hurley of Elkhart, his grandma Donna Hancock, grandpa Daniel Bruce Taylor, nieces Ayla and Stevie Ryan, aunts: Kimberly ( Norman “Butch”) Corbin, Rebekah Welker and Rachel Taylor, uncle Jamie Hurley and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandma Sandra Taylor and grandpa Donald Hurley.

Visitation will be 3 to 7 pm Sunday Feb. 9, 2020 at Northside Church of the Nazarene, 53569 County Road 7, Elkhart, IN 46514 and 1 hour prior to the 11 am service on Monday Feb. 10 at the church with Pastor Tim Sheets officiating. Burial will follow at Osolo Township Cemetery, Elkhart.
