Clifford E. Yontz

Clifford Eugene Yontz, age 81, passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Elkhart General Hospital. Clifford was born on March 20, 1937 in Elkhart to Elmer and Treva (Sherman) Yontz.

Clifford graduated from Concord High School class of 1955. He enjoyed working at Martin’s Supermarket.

Clifford is survived by his sons, Dean (Carla) Yontz of Elkhart, Clifford (Miriam) Yontz II of Coldwater, OH, Jeffrey (Lisa) Yontz of New Paris, IN and Timothy Yontz of Estero, FL as well as six grandchildren, Ryan (Lauren) Yontz, Jeremy Yontz, Brittney Sommers, Tom Yontz, Brent (fiancée, Jill Jones) Yontz, Bess (Yur De La Cruz) Yontz; one step grandson, Christopher Lowell and three great grandchildren; Addelyn Sommers, Jackson Yontz and Lily Yontz.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Richard Yontz and his daughter in law, Brenna Yontz.

Friends may visit with family from 10 am to 12 pm on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 12 pm, with Pastor John Hogsett officiating. Burial will take place at Olive Cemetery West in Elkhart. In memory of Clifford memorial donations may be made to the youth fund at Faith Methodist Church, 22045 CR 18, Goshen, IN 46528.
