Diane L. (Sparr) McKibbin

Diane L. McKibbin, 52, of Elkhart, passed away Thursday August 26, 2021 at Center for Hospice in Mishawaka. Diane was born on September 17, 1968 in Elkhart to Thomas Eugene and Judy Kay Sparr. She married Jeff McKibbin on August 14, 2001 in Jamaica.

Diane graduated from Concord High School class of 1987 and attended Ball State University. She formerly worked at Carpenter Company, Doors & Drawers, Carrera Custom Painting and Speedgrip Chuck Company. Diane enjoyed scrap booking. She enjoyed being a loving wife, to Jeff and raising their children and spending time with children. She helped volunteer at her children school. Her favorite past-time was spending time boating with her family and friends on the St. Joseph River.

Diane is survived by her husband Jeff; their children, Jessica Blake Chadwick, Garrett Thomas McKibbin and Spencer Loy McKibbin, her mom Judy Kay Sparr and her good friends. She was preceded in death by her father Thomas Eugene Sparr.

A celebration of Diane’s life will be held from 10 am to 2 pm Saturday September 18, 2021 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514.
