Dimitri M. Campbell

Dimitri was born on March 23, 2021 in Elkhart, Indiana to Katie Marie Botts, she survives, and Dante Michael Campbell who preceded him in death. Additionally, Dimitri’s family consists of his Aunt Sara Botts and her fiancé Corey Lawrence of Elkhart, Indiana; Uncle Dion and Aunt Neha Campbell and their daughter Amaya of Elkhart, Indiana, Aunt Joslin Summers of Elkhart, Indiana; Uncle Kevon Lemons of Elkhart, Indiana; Grandmothers Marie Botts and Deb DeMetz Smith both of Elkhart, Indiana; Great Grandparents John and Diane Botts of Florida and Marguerita Clements of Elkhart, Indiana; honorary Grandparents John and Tonia Hoover of Elkhart, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his Grandfathers Michael Campbell and Kevin Botts.

Dimitri was a bright beautiful boy; he brought joy into every life he touched. He loved to sing and dance, go to the beach, and play in water in all forms. Dimitri loved the outdoors, anytime it was nice outside, he wanted to be in nature. He was looking forward to learning to fish and loved to garden. He even had his own garden! Dimitri was looking forward to attending kindergarten this fall. Dimitri had recently received his airplane wings for his first airplane flight, now he has his angel wings as well. Dimitri loved his family with all his heart and even now that love can still be felt. Dimitri will be loved and missed by everyone. We were all blessed to know him even for such a short time.
