Dolores M. Patanelli

Dolores M. Patanelli, age 94, of Elkhart passed away on August 31, 2022 at Home by the Dome, in South Bend, IN. She was born March 2, 1928 to Lenora and Anthony Patanelli in Elkhart.

Dolores is survived by loving nieces and nephews, Jeffrey (Flor) Ferro, Kristin (Chad) Sears, Debra McShane, Lila Serafino, Lenny Carl and many, many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Mary, Sarah, Joan (Nina) and Helen, and brothers Louis, Matt, Joe and Mike.
There was nothing more important to Dolores than her family and she was very devoted to them, caring for many members in their time of need. She loved to bake and although she never had any formal training, baked and decorated the most beautiful and delicious cakes.
She was a devoted employee who spent her entire working career at CTS corporation.

A mass of Christian burial will be at 11 am on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, 1108 South Main Street, Elkhart, IN 46516 with visitation one hour before services. Burial will follow at St. Vincent Cemetery in Elkhart.
