Dorothy Collins passed away Saturday, July 7th, at her home in Elkhart.
Daughter of Roy and Mary Shoaf, she was 1 of 9 children. Dorothy was born August 13,1923 in Hope In.
Preceding Dorothy in death was her husband of 50 years, Richard Collins, Robert Ruddick, husband of 10 years, daughter Carla Lousey and grandson Bradford Collins Jeffries.
She is survived by her sons, Marvin (Ron) Pruitt and John M Collins, Grandchildren Richard (Rick) Collins, John P Collins, Jennifer Bradley,
Travis and Brandon Collins and Scott and Tony Jeffries.
She worked for the US Navy for 18 years in the electronics communication branch.
Dorothy lived in Elkhart for 25 years and touched the lives and hearts of many friends who knew and loved her and will cherish her spirit and never forget her.
