Dwight David Frantz

Dwight David Frantz, 68, of Elkhart, IN passed away on Thursday June 13, 2024 at the Center for Hospice Care Esther’s House in Elkhart, IN. Dwight was born on September 8,1955 to Clarance Robert and Mary Christana Frantz in Niles, MI.

Dwight honorably served his country in the United States Navy. Dwight worked as an electrician, and most recently in the automotive department at Walmart. He enjoyed riding on his Harley Davidson motorcycle, watching old western movies and listening to some old-time rock-n-roll. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Dwight is survived by his son Dustin Doke, companion Lisa Debruine of Elkhart, IN; siblings Gladys of Edwardsburg, MI. and Doug Frantz of Elkhart, IN; stepchildren Dea of Florida, and Cassie Gunter of Elkhart, IN., and sister-in-law Sharon Frantz of Dowagiac, MI. Dwight was preceded in death by his brothers, Bob Frantz and Joseph Frantz, sister-in-law Phyllis Frantz.
