Edith Mary Kickliter

Edith Mary Kickliter, age 78, of Goshen passed away on Thursday, November 26,2020 at Courtyard Healthcare in Goshen. She was born on March 4, 1942 to Joseph and Edith McAdoo in Jackson Heights Queens, New York. She married Thomas Kickliter.

Edith was a retired book keeper. She loved Martin’s doughnuts. She and her husband enjoyed making cut out yard decorations, horses were her favorite. Her favorite hobbies were shopping, cowboy boots and accessorizing.

Edith is survived by her children, Patricia (Jim) Humphreys of Dowagiac, MI, Vickie (Brynn) Donnelly of England and Scott (Lisa) Kickliter of Elkhart; her daughter-in-law, Angie Vanasse of Florida, 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and her niece, Linda Regalado of West Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband, her son Ernest Vanasse and her brothers William “Billy” McAdoo and Joseph “Snookie” McAdoo.

In keeping with Edith’s wishes there will be no services. Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd, Elkhart, IN 46514 is assisting the Kickliter family.
