Eldon Lamar Kemper

Eldon Lamar Kemper, 85, of Mishawaka, IN passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Ernestine Raclin Hospice House in Mishawaka, IN. He was born on February 16, 1938 to Alvin and Frieda (Arndt) Kemper.

Eldon graduated from Adams High School in South Bend, IN. He honorably served his country in the United States Army, where he received his Driver Qualification Badge. He was a member of the D.A.V. #19 color guard in Elkhart.  Eldon worked as a salesman for Corvent in Mishawaka, IN and at Berman Sporting Goods in Elkhart, IN. He was an avid collector of Franklin Mint die cast cars and planes. He enjoyed watching air shows. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

Eldon is survived by his children David (Kristi) Kemper, Mickey, Johnny and Susie, several grandchildren and cousins. He is also survived by the mother of son, Jackie and Ron Pressler.

In keeping with Eldon’s wishes a memorial service will be held at 11am on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514.
