Fletcher Stevens

Fletcher S. Stevens, 73, of Shipshewana, IN passed away on April 7, 2025 at Esthers House, Elkhart, IN. Fletcher was born on February 10, 1952 in Wayne, West Virginia to Sherman and Ruby (Hollins) Stevens.

Fletchers' niece, Melissa Powell was there to hold her uncles hand through his last days with great love and care, along with his great nephews. Fletcher loved his family greatly and collected all sorts of Toy Cars and Pocket Knives. He never missed the opportunity to make his daily rounds visiting whatever friends he could.

Fletcher is survived by his brother Rickie Stevens; son Scottie Stevens Marcum; Daughter Jammy Stevens Bailey; niece Melissa Powell; 3 Grandchildren, 2 Great-Grandchildren, 3 Great-Nephews and 1 Great-Niece.

Fletcher was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers Kenneth Stevens and Glenn Stevens, and his Grandparents Boozie and Martha.

A celebration of life service for Fletcher Stevens will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Bonneyville Mill County Park at the look out Pavilion, Country Road 131, Bristol,In 46507. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd. Elkhart, IN, 46514.
