John T. Nolen

John T. Nolen,69 of Millers Merry Manor, Wakarusa, Indiana,formerly of Elkhart, died March 4, 2008 at 11:00 P.M. He was born on June 30, 1938 in Waukegan, Illinois to Clyde and Anna Marie (Tuell) Nolen.They preceded him in death.Surviving are one brother, William C. Nolen of Elkhart, two nieces, B.J. Scott of Goshen, Indiana and Tammy (Terry) Johnson of Elkhart, a nephew, Ralph Nolen Jr. of Arizona, a sister-in-law, Sharon Nolen of Elkhart, a great niece and two great nephews.

Friends may call two hours prior to the funeral service which will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at Stemm Lawson Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Boulevard, Elkhart. Father Phil DeVolder of St. Vincent dePaul Church will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Vincent Catholic Cemetery, Elkhart.

Mr. Nolen worked for Conrail for 46 years as a dispatcher and was a member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church.He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.
