John Peter Sobczak

John Peter Sobczak, 69, of Elkhart, passed away Wednesday May 22, 2024 at Brickyard Healthcare, Elkhart. He was born January 13, 1955 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Eugene and Dorothy Sobczak.

After graduating high school, John worked as a production worker in manufacturing. He enjoyed scuba diving and loved nature. He had two pet crows, Erma and Freddie.

Surviving are his son Spencer Sobczak of Florida, his siblings Dave (Michelle) Sobczak of Waukeshau, WI, twin brothers Jeffry J. Sobczak and Tom Sobczak both of Elkhart and Jane Sobczak Wise of Granger, IN and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may gather with family from 9-10 am on Monday, June 24, 2024 at  Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd, Elkhart, In 46514 where a memorial service will be held at 10amm.
