Kim Allen Wright

Kim Allen Wright, 73 of Elkhart, IN passed away with his family by his side on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at Elkhart General Hospital. Kim was born on June 16, 1952 to Robert and Darlene Wright in Elkhart, IN. Kim married the love of his life, Pamela Ladd at her parent’s home on January 16, 1977 in Jacksonville, NC.

Kim honorably served his country in the United States Marines. He worked at Kryder’s Mowers, Blowers & Growers Incorporated in Elkhart as a small engine mechanic. He enjoyed building robots and flying RC airplanes and drones. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family.

Kim is survived by his wife of over 48 years, Pamela Wright; their children, Kristy (Brad) Grosvenor of Amanda, OH., Brian Wright of Elkhart, IN and Steven (Paula) Wright of Elkhart, IN; grandchildren, Dylan Harris, Jacob Harris, Sierra Braden, Donald (Fae) Null, Cara Braden and Kylar Braden; great-grandchildren, Kiari, Ronin and Jase and his sisters Cynthia Freel of Elkhart, IN and Shelly (Phil) Hassan of Fishers, IN Kim was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Darlene Wright.

In keeping with Kim’s wishes there will be a celebration of life service near Kim’s birthday at his home.
