Lynda M. Hammer

Lynda M. Hammer, age 73, of Elkhart, IN passed away at her home on Thursday, August 25, 2022 with her family by her side. Lynda was born on February 14, 1949 in Galien, OH to Leslie and Hilda Stewart. She married the love of her life, Paul Hammer in August of 1989.

Lynda loved spending time with her family and friends. She lived a simple life that was full of great love and happiness. She will be missed.

Lynda is survived by husband of 33 years, Paul Hammer; her children Leslie (Johnny) Martin, Lisa LaGrand, Kevin Clark and Sharlena (Dan) Forys; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her siblings Merle  (Judy) Stewart and Christine (John) Dudek, brother-in-law Jack Bowers, sister-in-law Tina Stewart. Lynda was preceded in death by her sister Hilda Bowers and brothers Michael Stewart and Gary Stewart.
