Malik Ray Gill

Malik Ray Gill, age 15, of Bristol  passed on August 30, 2021 at Elkhart General Hospital. Malik was born on January 20, 2006 in Kalamazoo, MI to Jeff and Krista Gill.

Malik was sophomore at Memorial High School. He enjoyed watching movies, swimming, playing football, listening to music and hanging out with his brother. He was a member of Bristol United Methodist Church where he was very active in the youth group. He loved spending time with his family especially at large gatherings.

Malik is survived by his parents, Jeff and Krista, brother Kayden, sisters Marcaydes and Kyrah, grandparents Jeff Leffew, Loretta Gill, Ricardo “Ray” Bryant, James (Lori Mortimore) Hester and Lisa (Tommy) Syers and the family dog “Nova”.

Funeral services will be at 12:30 pm on Friday, September 3, 2021 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart IN 46514 where friends may visit from 11 am – 12:30pm. Pastor Jeremy Groff will officiate. Burial will follow at Little Pine Cemetery in Goshen.
