Missy Bodlovich

Melissa “Missy” Sue Bodlovich, age 45, of Hobart, IN passed away on Friday, January 2, 2026 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Hobart, IN. Missy entered this world with love and laughter on May 2, 1980 at St. Mary’s Medical Center to Daniel Glenn and Linda Sue Bodlovich.

Missy lived in the Mentor Group Home in Hobart and worked in their Day Service Program for over 25 years. She loved to spend time with her family and her friends at the group home. Missy will be sadly missed.

Missy is survived by her mom, Linda Sue Bodlovich of Hobart, IN and her brother Jimmy Bodlovich of Hobart, IN; her aunts and uncles, Mark & Kathy Bodlovich, Johnny & Emma Bodlovich, Marcia & Leo Tracy, Steve Kilmer, Debbie & Mick Krieghbaum and Brenda Singleton as well as many cousins, friends and caregivers at the group home where Missy has lived. Missy is preceded in death by her dad, Daniel on February 24, 2023, her Aunts Helen Zarifian, Sue Anderson, Ruthie Kilmer.

Visitation will be from 11am-12pm on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at Dunlap United Methodist Church, 23674 US 33, Elkhart, IN 46517 where funeral services will be at 12pm. Pastor Melissa Englehart will officiate. Missy will be laid to rest at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola, IN.
