Quinn Holdeman, age 87, of Middlebury, IN, passed away at his home with his family by his side on February 10, 2026. He was born on July 18, 1938, the oldest of two sons, to Quinn and Fern Holdeman. He married Kathie Glanders on April 5, 1982, at Middlebury Methodist Church. From 1982 to 1985, Quinn and Kathie, with the help of some friends, built the house that became their home. Upon completion, they built their barn.

Quinn did anything he could with horses, including showing and training, judging youth shows and many hours of trail riding. When the Friends of the Pumpkinvine Nature Trail was first started, he devoted many years to maintaining the trails and mowing around Middlebury. He was also a member of Cowboys for Christ and hosted trail rides and dinners.
Quinn is survived by his wife, Kathie, children; Barry (Kelly) Holdeman of Goshen, IN and Barb (Jeff) Simons of Bristol, IN, Godson, Christopher Dobleman of IL, nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and brother, Monte (Tanya) Holdeman of Wakarusa, IN.
