Roger E. Caldwell, Jr.

Roger E. Caldwell, Jr., age 57 of Elkhart, IN passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2026 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, IN. Roger was born on December 5, 1968 to Roger D. and Mary Caldwell in Elkhart, IN.

Roger worked for Towne restoration, restoring homes. He enjoyed being outdoors camping, fishing and kayaking. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be sadly missed.

Roger is survived by his children Amanda (William) Leach of Kentucky, Melinda (Dustin) Prater of Kentucky and Christina (James) Maloyed of Indiana; his grandchildren Madison, Austin, Caleb, Wyatt, Ethan, Tyler, Branden, Brianna, and Terris and his brother Danny (Shelly Overholt) Caldwell of Elkhart, IN., as well as his girlfriend Misha McFall. Roger was preceded in death by his parents Roger and Mary Caldwell, grandson Jacob Aidan and his twin siblings Rhonda and Ronald.
