Roger Lee Kline, 63 of Elkhart, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018 in his home. He was born July 28, 1955 in Goshen to Robert L. and Matilda (Anglemyer) Kline. Surviving is a daughter, Autumn (Glenn) Howard of South Bend, a son, Joshua (Kelly) Kline of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; step-children, Amanda, Jake and Josh; 2 sisters, Pam (Anthony) Moore of Elkhart, Laura (Gary) DeJarnatt of Three Rivers, Michigan and his mother, Matilda Kline of Bristol. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Kline and a sister, Judith Stewart.

Roger graduated from Elkhart Central High School where he was on the track and cross-country team. He earned his Associates degree from Allegany College. He was employed as a supervisor for Highwater Marine Co. and enjoyed woodworking, fishing, cooking and sports, especially the “Cubs”.

Family and friends may visit from 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday, Dec.29th where a memorial service will be held at 1 pm. Pastor David Lade will officiate. Burial will follow at Little Pine Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to United Cancer Services of Elkhart County. Online condolences may be shared with www.stemmlawsonpeterson.com.
