Sherrill D. Diehl

Sherrill D. Diehl, 84, of Elkhart, passed away Saturday May 24, 2025 at Esther’s House, Center for Hospice, Elkhart. She was born February 19, 1941 in Elkhart to John A. and Maxine J. Sinton. On October 31, 2005 in Ft. Myers Beach, Florida she married William “Bill” Diehl who preceded her in death on March 7, 2015.

Sherrill graduated from White Pigeon High School. She owned Images Unlimited RV Company in Elkhart. She was President and General Manager of Roman Wheels RV Company. She was a member of Elkhart Moose Lodge #799, Eastern Star and National Association of Female Executives (NAFE). She enjoyed fishing, spending time on the water, playing Hand and Foot with her friends, and created, knitted and crocheted blankets for neonatal babies with her friends “The Happy Hookers”.

Surviving are her children Todd (Cheryl) Knoblock of Elkhart and Wendi (Ron) Farr of Otsego, Michigan, grandchildren: Monica (Mike) King, Chase (Krista) Knoblock, Kathryn (Ryan) Farr and Kyle (Dan) Marcos-Farr, great-grandchildren: Gavin Knoblock, Owen Hall, Ava Hall, Mark Carr, Jr., MJ Marcos-Farr and Skyler Marcos-Farr.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Bill.

According to her wishes all services will be private. She will be entombed at Rice Cemetery.
