Treina Ann Lopez, 60, of Mishawaka, died at 3:15 am March 2, 2011 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
She was born November 16, 1950 in Barbourville, KY to Andrew and Nennie (Garland) Wilson and married Jose Lopez on June 2, 1990 in Mishawaka. He survives with 2 step-daughters, Charlene Lopez and Betty Lopez and a step-son George Lopez all of Mexico; 7 step-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Lonnie (Martha) Wilson and Leon (Carol) Wilson both of Barbourville, KY and 2 sisters, Lena (Ellery) Gayhart of Elkhart and Emma (Jim) Klett of Constantine, MI; 2 sister-in-laws, Irene Weber and Mary (Ruben) Vasquez. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Charles, Amos and Gene Wilson and 2 sisters, Beulah Williams and Margaret Marie Smith.
Family and friends may call from 4-7 pm Friday at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home at Cobblestone Crossing, Elkhart, where services will be held at 11 am Saturday. Rev. Kenneth Lacefield will officiate. Burial will follow at Rice Cemetery.
