Aric Michael Chen

Aric Michael Chen, 21, who was loved by many, passed away far before his time, on Monday, May 23, 2022.

Aric was born on February 3, 2001 in Chattanooga, TN to Kephanie and Michael Chen. Aric was a gentle, creative spirit, who was naturally gifted in piano, writing, and photography.

He is survived by his father, Michael Chen; his mother, Kephanie Chen; his siblings Adam Chen, Andrea Mansfield, Aaron Mansfield (Jessica) and niece, Ashlyn Mansfield; his grandparents; as well as many loved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A visitation will be held from 5pm to7pm on Friday, May 27 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514 with a memorial service to follow at 7pm.

 In lieu of flowers, donations to an education fund for his younger brother, Adam Chen, may be sent to PO Box 12 Catawba, VA 24070 in care of Aaron Mansfield.
