Carolyn Goldy Tasich

Carolyn M. Goldy Tasich, 40 of Granger passed away on January 17, 2024 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. Carolyn was born on October 2, 1983 in Elkhart, IN to Gregory and Nancy Goldy. She married Djoko Tasich on November 8, 2003 at River Oaks Church in Granger, IN.

Carolyn graduated from Elkhart Memorial, class of 2002. She graduated with her associate degree in nursing from Bethel College and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from The University of Alabama. She was a surgical nurse at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, IN she enjoyed reading and listening to music. She loved to spend time with her family and friends. She truly loved being a mother to her son Tobias.

Carolyn is survived by her husband Djoko Tasich of Granger and their son Tobias; her parents Gregory and Nancy Goldy of Elkhart, IN and her brother Nicholas Goldy of Indianapolis, IN and her extended family.

Visitation will be from 12-4 pm on Saturday January 27, 2024 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514 where funeral services will be held at 4pm with Pastor Tyler Downing officiating.
