Dylan Michael Bailey

Dylan Michael Bailey, age 21, of Osceola passed away on Sunday,  September 6, 2020. Dylan was born July 3, 1999 in Elkhart to Christopher Nelson and Kandis Bailey.

Dylan graduated from Penn High School class of 2017. He worked at Heartland RV and previously at Forest River. He enjoyed BMX bike riding, skate boarding, boxing, playing Xbox, taking his dog Aaliyah to the dog park. He loved to make people laugh and always before you left, he told you that he loved you! The greatest love of Dylan’s life, was the love he had for his son Luca.

Dylan is survived by his son, Luca Bailey; his companion Jada Calzada of Elkhart;  his mother, Kandis (Jimmy Frost) Laughman of Osceola; his father, Christopher Nelson of South Bend; his siblings, Asia (Brandon) Short of Elkhart, Tessa Laughman of Edwardsburg, MI, Alexis Laughman of Elkhart and Jeffrey Laughman of Elkhart; his grandparents, Pam and Mike Estes of Osceola, Gib and Tricia Bailey of Elkhart and Ruth Nelson of South  Bend. Dylan was preceded in death by his grandpa, James Nelson and his best friend, Tanner Swathwood.

Friends may visit from 3-7pm on Wednesday September 9, 2020 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home 1531 Cobblestone Blvd, Elkhart, IN 46514 where funeral services will be held at 7 pm.
