Judy worked as a school nurse at the School City of Mishawaka, Ind., and in other pediatric practices.

Judy married Dale Stickel on Sept. 2, 1967 at the Jamestown United Methodist Church in Elkhart County, Ind. They enjoyed 50 years of marriage together. She was mother to three children, Andy (Laura Maniccia), Amy (Derek) Dattner, and Tom (Kristin Wenger). She was grandmother to Katherine and Elizabeth Dattner, Mason Stickel, Henry, Sam and Phoebe Wenger-Stickel, and Efua Crentsil. Along with her children and grandchildren, Judy is survived by brothers David (Ruth) Fawley, and William “Bill” Fawley, sister-in-law Nancy Fawley, as well as a large extended family she remained close to throughout her life.Judy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Jerome Fawley and sister Carol Fawley.
