Kenneth Leon Whitman

Kenneth Leon Whitman, age 36, of Elkhart passed away on July 5, 2020. Kenny was born on July 5, 1984 to Harold and Wanda. On June 14, 2014 he married Stephanie Dixon in Mishawaka, IN.

Kenny was known for his wonderful personality and never taking things too serious, goofing around with his kids, fixing things, motorcycles, but his true love was his family. He graduated from Jimtown High School.

Kenny is survived by his wife Stephanie;  mother Wanda (Mike Jewel) Ball, father Harold Mundy,  Gary Ball who raised him like his son; his children, Mackenzie Whitman, Braxton Whitman, Peysyn Whitman and Bella Whitman; his brother Keith Ball;  grandmother, Carol Whitman; aunts and uncles, Charlie Whitman, Paige Whitman, Kenny and Beth Whitman, Tonya and Kevin Stout; cousins, Clinton, Hunter, Kelsey, TK, Dalton, Dustin, Brielle, Siarra and Kiah. Kenny was preceded in death by his grandpa Kenneth Whitman.

Friends may visit with family from 4-8 on Thursday, July 9, 2020at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday, July 10, 2020 at the funeral home with visitation one hour before funeral services. Interment will follow at Prairie Street Cemetery.
