Loretta Lee Deak, age 82, of Bristol passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Elkhart General Hospital. Loretta was born on March 25, 1938 in Elkhart to Wilford and Ruth Adams. She married Terry Deak on March 16, 1957 at the 1st Methodist Church in Elkhart.

Loretta worked for Patriot Homes for over 28 years as a secretary. She enjoyed knitting hats and scarfs for family and friends, she has always had a love for shopping. She had a tree that she decorated with fancy purses and even Swarovski crystal ornaments. Her greatest love was the love she had for her family.

Loretta is survived by her husband of 63 years, Terry; their children, Sheila (Mark) Mravec of Elkhart and Scott (Dawn) Deak of Elkhart; grandchildren, Kristin (Mike) Doversberger, Erika (Paul) Miner, Brett Mravec and Adam (Michelle) Deak; great grandchildren, Alizay, Haydn, Brantley, Keylan, Thomas and Brooks; her brothers, Randy (Sandy) Adams of Elkhart and Tom (Lisa) Adams of Elkhart. Loretta was preceded in death by her parents.

Due to COVID-19 a celebration of Loretta’s life will be held at a later date. Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514 is assisting the Deak family.
