Maria E. Cox

Maria E. Cox, 70, of Elkhart passed away Monday July 12, 2021 at Greenleaf Health Campus, Elkhart. She was born Sep. 28, 1950 in Saginaw, MI to William and Eunice Most.

Surviving are her children Rachel Marie Leinbach of North Carolina and Phillip E. (Jessica) Cox, Jr. of Elkhart, grandchildren, Austin Cox, Wylie Leinbach, Kacie Cox, AJ Cox and Nate Cox, a sister Connie (Anthony) Vander Wall of North Bay, Ontario, brother Thomas W. Most of Florida, she was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Frank Most.

Maria was a member of First Baptist Church of Elkhart and she was a Lifeline Youth Ministries volunteer.

Visitation for Maria will be from 10 to 11am Saturday July 17, 2021 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514 where services will be at 11am with Pastor Sean Fox officiating.
