Patricia A. McClure

Patricia A. McClure, 76, of White Pigeon, MI, passed away suddenly Monday, March 28, 2022 at Baptist Hospital, Pensacola, FL while on vacation. She was born July 12, 1945 in West Union, WV to Roy and Goldie McKitrick. On September 8, 1985 in Bristol, she married Craig A. McClure.

Pat received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Marion College and her Masters from Western Michigan University. She was a librarian for the Elkhart Public Library. She was a member of Bristol United Methodist Church.

Surviving is her husband, Craig, step-son Jeff (Sherrie) McClure of Goshen, grandchildren, Ashton and Abigail McClure, sister Shirley Bembry of Middlebourne, WV and sister-in-law Delverna McKitrick of Follansbee, WV.  She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Goldie McKitrick and siblings, June (Jack) Holt, Joy (Brooks) Ferrebee, Donald and John M. McKitrick.

Visitation will be from 4-7pm on Friday April 22, 2022 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514. A memorial service will be at 10 am on Saturday April 23, 2022 at Bristol United Methodist Church, 201 S. Division Street, Bristol, IN 46507, where Pastor Gary Lewis will officiate. Visitation will be one hour before services at the church. Burial will follow in Oakridge Cemetery, Bristol.
