Sueann Mae Trowbridge

Sueann Mae Trowbridge, age 74, of Elkhart passed away Wednesday January 12, 2022 at her home. She was born February 18, 1947 in Elkhart to Albert H. and Arlene D. Glenn. On September 3, 1965 at the First Brethren Church in Elkhart, she married Richard “Dick” Trowbridge.

Sueann worked at CTS Corp for many years and enjoyed listening to music, in her youth she enjoyed ballet dancing. She and her husband are member at Trinity on Jackson Church in Elkhart. She sang in the church choir and taught Sunday school to the children. She was a Girl Scout and earn the Curved Bar which is equivalent to an Eagle Scout. She was a member of the Jay Cee’s Auxiliary and a member of the Jay She’s where she was the External Vice-President.

Surviving is her husband of 56 years Dick, their sons, Rich (Christine) Trowbridge of Bristol and Eric (Kim) Trowbridge of Elkhart, grandchildren, Jackson, Samuel and Sydney. She was preceded in death by her father Albert. H. Glenn, her mother Arlene D. Scheidler, brother Jerry Glenn and sister Darlene Massing.

Services for Sueann will be at 1pm on Wednesday Jan. 19, 2022 at Trinity on Jackson, 2715 East Jackson Blvd, Elkhart, IN 46516 where visitation will be 1 hour before the service. Pastor Karen Koelsch will officiate. Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514 is assisting the Trowbridge family. Burial will follow at Rice Cemetery.
